Whatever you think and meditate on is what will manifest in your life. Being positive can actually change the outcome of your life. If you limit yourself, you will not be able to reach your full potential.

If someone is constantly telling that you will never amount to anything, you will eventually believe what they have told you. Even if someone is constantly encouraging you, their positive words can only get you so far, you have to motivate yourself to succeed. You cannot always rely on others to help you. Unless you make a decision that you want to be stop limiting yourself, you will find it difficult to reach your full potential.

It’s hard to believe two things at once, and the key to changing your limiting beliefs is to really want to succeed. Once you focus all of your thoughts and energy to one goal, that goal gains power in your life. Being double minded will only result in your subconscious mind feeling torn between conflicting orders. The thoughts that are the strongest in your mind are what will prevail, and you will see those beliefs manifest in your life. For example, if you are constantly thinking about how you will fail, but you spend a couple of minutes thinking about succeeding, you are setting yourself up to fail. Even though you might feel silly at first, if you stick with it, you will notice that when you experience setbacks, your initial thoughts will be more positive. Whatever your first impulse is in a stressful situation is what you really believe in your heart.

Every time you are faced with a tough situation, make yourself think positive thoughts. You have to turn your thoughts into facts and make them a reality. Once you really understand that you can create your positive reality, you’ll see that nothing can limit you. However, if you are accustomed to negative thoughts, you are hindering your progress.

Someone who has never really faced any serious challenges in life has a tendency to approach every situation with a positive outlook. We expect what we’ve been accustomed to getting. However, if you’ve had to deal with a lot of setbacks in your life, it can very easy to expect things to go wrong. This can actually start at a very early age. Let’s say you got a low score on your science test when you were 12 years old, the next time you took a science test, you probably subconsciously expected to get a low score. However, instead of expecting a low score, if you would have seen yourself getting a good score, you would have had a better success rate.

Whatever you think about the most, is what you will see in your life. It’s not about pretending to be positive or pretending not to have limiting beliefs. You have to actually revamp your whole system of thinking. Once you really understand that you are holding yourself back, it is easier to change the habit. Don’t feel discouraged if you have trouble being more positive. If you have been accustomed to not living up to your full potential, then it is natural that it may be challenging to change your thought patterns. Just be patient and stick with it.

Are YOU Ready to Seize Control of Your Life and Progress to Success? It’s time for you to live up to your full potential. But the only way that can happen is if you take the first step, and download your free report Personal Development Power Tips so you can discover the top tips for your personal growth.

Did you know that what you believe could have a lot to do with how your life turns out? While it’s not true that belief will conquer everything, it’s definitely true that anyone who believes they’re a failure isn’t going to succeed as much. Likewise, studies have shown that optimists tend to achieve higher rates of success than people who tend to be more pessimistic. If you believe you’re going to succeed, you have a much higher chance of actually getting where you want to go. Your beliefs about yourself, about other people, and about the world around you can have a huge influence on your life. If you think that other people are holding you back, there’s a good chance that it’ll turn out to be true.

But beliefs are strongly ingrained, and most of us don’t even know that we have them. It’s hard to realize that you have a set of beliefs that are hurting you or someone else. It takes some careful self examination, and a lot of the time, it also requires some input from someone outside the situation. Many people won’t ever realize what their beliefs are doing to them, or that those beliefs can be changed. However, if you do learn that you can change what you believe, and change your life too, you’re on the road to personal improvement.

The first step is taking a look at what you really believe. If you have a problem or a situation you don’t like, stop and think about it. Write down what you genuinely believe about it and about yourself. Don’t lie, or fudge the truth so it looks better. After all, your results will depend strongly on your ability to be honest with yourself. When you’re done, take a look at the list you have. What you see might surprise you. Many of us have detrimental or problematic beliefs that cause us to run into trouble on a daily basis.

After all, if you believe you won’t get a job, you’re going to be less inclined to get out there with a good resume, and less inclined to exploit all your opportunities and advantages. If you believe that you have a chance, you’ll be more inclined to take advantage of what you have to work with. Good beliefs don’t guarantee success – nothing really can. However, they’re an extremely important part of the foundation to a healthy, happy, successful life. It’s hard to build anything worthwhile and stable on an unsound foundation, after all. If you don’t really believe in yourself, or if you think that the world is out to get you, it’s going to be that much harder to become the kind of person you really want to be.

So, now that you have a list of what you believe, it’s time to sort those beliefs out. Which beliefs seem to be harmful, negative, or likely to cause you problems? They’re the ones you need to work on. Think about where they come from, and where you learned them. Did they come from a friend or family member, a teacher, or someone who was influential in your life? Are they the result of a negative experience? Have you developed these beliefs to justify something else about yourself that you don’t really want to face? There are all kinds of reasons we might have an unhealthy belief. Most of the time, we never made a conscious decision to think this way. But the results are the same, no matter where the belief came from.

Once you know what you need to change and you know where that belief came from, you can work on altering it. Take the time to carefully examine the way things really work from an objective point of view. If you feel like you’re incapable of succeeding, ask other people to give you their honest opinion. Choose people you trust to tell you seriously, rather than the people you think will tell you what you want to hear. Look for ways to alter that belief into a more positive one that’s grounded in reality. It can take a long time, and be a long journey. However, in the end you’ll have a much more solid belief system, and the ability to become who you want to be.

You don’t have to subscribe to every credo that is part of the teaching of Anthony Robbins to appreciate that he is capable of introducing any of us to a new way of thinking and a more positive approach to living. And that is his great contribution which is what makes Robbins one of the leaders in his field.

It is one thing to teach something or even write a bunch of books that might be successful. There are many areas of expertise where a tremendous personal commitment is not called for. You can teach and write about history, chemistry or physics and be a success if you just get the principles across to your students. But the subject matter that Robbins focuses on is not an impersonal and theoretical field. To both educate and convince his audiences that what he is teaching will help them, there is a greater demand on the teacher who in this case is Anthony Robbins himself.

That is because for the principles of motivation and success to be proven correct, more is needed from the student than just to listen politely and store the information away. Robbins knows well the only way he is successful is if the very lives of his listeners are changed. The principles that he teaches have to be adopted at a personal level to bear fruit in the lives of the audience of Robbins’ talks. They are principles that will alter the listener’s self-concept, his or her personal philosophy of life and even the way each person lives his or her life every day.

It is for that reason that Anthony Robbins has to be more than just a teacher and author. He has to be a role model. And because his teachings so dramatically highlight attitude and outlook on life, those principles must be dramatically on display when he speaks. So one reason that Robbins has achieved such success in his chosen field is that he deeply believes what he is teaching. He believes it because he is living it and the power of his commitment to helping others live better lives through the principles of NLP and positive thinking comes through when he speaks at his seminars and even in the text of the books and articles he publishes.

As well as a deep commitment to what he teaches that it is true and that it will work for you and I, Robbins brings a single minded focus on passing along what he has learned and what has made him a success to others. That focus is obvious to anyone who sees or hears Robbins speak. That focus also models a 100% commitment to seeing your life turn around. It takes that kind of commitment to both teach and role model great life change and Robbins is an expert of both explaining how we can see greater success by managing our thoughts and attitudes and in showing that those teachings work through personal example.

But probably one of the greatest assets Anthony Robbins brings with him to any engagement or speaking opportunity he has is his relaxed and confident manner with a winning sense of humor that makes taking in an Anthony Robbins seminar both educational and enjoyable. The humor that Robbins uses when he speaks is, of course, just good public speaking on display. But it is more than that. It also communicates a love for what he does and a love for the ideas he is teaching.

That winning charm and personality combined with his deep commitment and focus are what make the ideas that Anthony Robbins teaches so contagious and why so many people walk away from a Robbins seminar “converts”. And when that change results in lasting change in the lives of the people who learn so much from Anthony Robbins, that is a change that his followers are vocally thankful they got to go through because of the teachings Anthony Robbins gives to the world.

Feelings of low self-worth have plagued so many individuals over the years. While there are those who suffer momentary bouts of low self-esteem once in a while, how people see themselves and their worth is often an enduring idea. If you’re one of those who feel low self-esteem far too often, you need not despair. Recognizing that you have a problem, after all, is one step in the right direction. Once you’ve recognized how little you value yourself is problematic, there are some low self-esteem solutions that can help you beginning to develop greater love for yourself and appreciation for who you are.

First order of business, of course, is to recognize if you are simply having a chain of bad days or weeks, or are suffering from genuine feelings of low self-worth. Some symptoms include withdrawing one’s self from the rest of the world, seeking to please other people at one’s own expense, feeling unhappy about one’s body and appearance (which can lead to some eating disorders), and neglecting one’s self. You may also worry a lot about what others say but put little importance on what you have to say. You may be expecting too little from yourself despite imposing impossible standards of perfection at the same time.

If these are the cocktail of feelings that you often suffer from, then the first step is to seek professional help. This is because trained professional therapists can provide an excellent avenue through which you can re-evaluate whatever negative feelings and opinions you have about yourself. This is the first step towards self-acceptance and recognizing your worth as a person.

While you are working towards building your own self-esteem slowly with a therapist, you will also benefit from trying to actively make choices in your various activities to inculcate a habit of self-love. For instance, for every successful activity that you take part in, give yourself due credit. Make this recognition of your contribution to the cause more material by rewarding yourself. Have you scored well in an exam? Buy something you like, or eat somewhere nice to reward yourself for a job well done.

Next, eat healthy, workout, and sleep well. Keeping a healthy lifestyle is a good step to begin appreciating one’s body, as it is one of the steps through which you are able to gain greater appreciation of yourself. You need not be displeased about how you look, because of you are much aware that you are taking care of yourself well. You will also find that eating healthy, sleeping well, and working out will contribute to your having enough energy to engage better in your activities and to simply enjoy whatever happens during the day.

Whenever people ask a favour from you, first consider if this favour will involve putting other people before your needs. You need to actively ensure that your needs are first met before you go around helping other people out. This will help you recognize that while other people are important, you deserve the same attention that you shower on other people.

One of the best low self-esteem solutions is to take in part in activities that you like. In the process, you may discover some talent that you were unable to devote yourself to previously. Dancing, art, music, or sports can help you find a niche of specialization, as well as an avenue for self-expression.

People who have self-confidence believe in themselves and feel that they are capable of achieving what they want in life, or dealing with any situation that they may have to face. They have an aura of self-confidence and self-assurance, which is obvious to others. People like to spend time with them; they feel comfortable and secure in their presence.

In contrast, there are many people who are reasonably talented, but who lack self-confidence. These people are victims of the several myths that surround self-confidence.

One of the chief myths about self-confidence is that people are born with self-confidence. It is a quality that cannot be acquired. Nothing can be farther from truth. Self-confidence, like other skills, can be built. All that you need is right guidance and a belief in yourself.

There are others who blame their low self-confidence to their lack of good looks and poor upbringing. They don’t realize that self-confidence has nothing to do with their looks. It is a reflection of one’s confidence. The only way they can overcome this myth is by learning to believe in themselves. In fact, talent and self-confidence are not interrelated. There are scores of talented actors who do well in their professions but whose personal lives are torn by lack of self-confidence. It may sound contradictory, but this is how life is. Talent can be an important part of self-confidence, but it is not a substitute for self-confidence. So, don’t worry about lack of talent. Harness the skills that you have.

Another myth is that self-confidence is directly proportionate to the recognition and praise that an individual gets in his or her life; the ones who are not so lucky wallow in self-pity. Once again, there is little doubt that recognition and praise make you feel good about yourself, and boost your self-confidence. But you can’t simply depend on the praise lavished by others. You have to work hard to earn that praise, and you can do this only if you are self-confident. The same applies to those who are not successful. They, too, can earn praise if they work hard and win people’s respect.

Such people should look at children. Children believe in themselves, and this gives them the self-confidence to try to do things they have never done before, be it learning how to cycle or how to swim. In fact, no child comes into the world knowing all the skills. But it does not take long to teach children most of the basic skills. Then, why should it be difficult for adults to learn new skills or brave new challenges?

Another myth is that only self-confident people can afford to take risks. This again is not true. In fact, self-confident people are more realistic about their capabilities. They know what they can do, and what they can’t do. More importantly, they know how to deal with failures. In contrast, people who lack self-confidence are afraid of failure. This fear prevents them from taking on new tasks. They constantly pine for the approval of others, and when they don’t get it they end losing their self-confidence.

What is clear is the lack of understanding. People must realize that self-confidence is a state of mind. It is not dependent on a person’s beauty or looks. It flows from a person’s self-belief, and this belief can be built. All that a person needs to do is to debunk myths that self-confidence cannot be gained or that self-confidence is a by-product of exceptional knowledge, skills and luck. Once they do so, they will find it easier to get the same magnetic powers that self-confident people have.

That may be one of the greatest criticisms and misunderstandings that people who don’t understand what Anthony Robbins teaches have and it often comes across as crude humor. Some call Robbins a “positive thinking guru”. Firstly, his teachings have much more depth than to just classify them as “positive thinking” or “self-help” or to pigeonhole Robbins as a motivational speaker.

But of more concern is the mistake of seeing Anthony Robbins as a “guru”. Robbins is not preaching a new religion or seeking “converts” or disciples at all. He has simply discovered the methods and disciplines that can lead all of us to greater success and wealth in our lives. These methods have worked for him so he wishes to share them with others. There is nothing weird or bad about that desire at all and tens of thousands have benefited from Anthony Robbins’ teaching.

If Anthony Robbins were trying to build a following or a “church”, he would teach that we should believe in him and his teachings would become a cult of personality. Robbins has tremendous credibility because what he teaches has been proven true in his life and in the lives of others. We don’t have to believe IN Anthony Robbins but to just believe him when he explains how we can achieve the same amazing results in our lives. The same that he has enjoyed by following the principles of positive self-actualization and using the power of the will and the mind to go after your dreams in life.

But Robbins does propose that you go through a change to begin believing in someone else with much greater conviction and devotion. That person you should believe in is you. That is because the dream that you will realize when you begin to unleash the power that is already within you will be a power that does not come from some otherworldly outside force. That power comes from you. It is the power of your dream, your passion to succeed and that deeply buried inner person who is a winner once you overcome the layers of excuses and self-defeating thought patterns.

“Believe in yourself” sounds like the empty advice that our parents gave us when we were young to try to get us to do our homework. But the approach we learn from the seminars and books by Anthony Robbins is far more practical. That is because instead of just trying to “buck us up” with a pep talk, Robbins helps us identify myths and self-defeating stories we tell ourselves that keep us from becoming the person we were always meant to be.

Where do these myths and stories come from? They are coping mechanisms we use to mask the pain and frustration that come from failure or bad experiences in life. It is too easy to say, “Well if you fail, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again”. If that area of life where the failure occurred is intensely personal like a loss of career or the failure of a marriage or love affair, the damage to your self-concept can be devastating.

The power of emotions to put “punch” behind the excuses and stories we tell to rationalize our failures is understandable. The emotional system is the most powerful mechanism for self-preservation we have. But the fact remains that rationalization and creating myths to make the pain of a loss in the past are still lies that will keep us from ever achieving the success and wealth we are capable of and that we deserve.

Only you can face down those “band-aids” that you put in place to cover up a wound. It is time for that band-aid to come off. If you lost a job because of you made mistakes, tear off the band-aid. If your love life suffered because you and your lover did not share the same values and he or she dumped you, that hurts but it’s time to tear off the band-aid and let that wound heal. When you do, you will experience release from those past hurts. And you will be empowered to great success in the future. And that is what we really want.

One of the great values that you get from learning the principles taught by Anthony Robbins is how to focus on what really matters to you in life and to set your priorities correctly. But there is a disconnect between understanding what your priorities are and being able to do something about them. Too often we give lip-service to the areas of life that deserve most of your attention and giving those areas priority time and energy every day.

This is especially true when it comes to your family and raising kids. If you wrote the top five priorities in your life, your children and family life would rank high in that short list. Most of us are concerned about our children. Worry about whether you are doing a good job being mom or dad ranks as one of the biggest concerns most adults worry about every day.

We know the best thing you can do for your kids is to give them not only your quality time but quantity time with you. If you could plug in with your children for several hours a day, you would understand them better and be better able to speak to their hopes and fears and guide them at each stage of their lives. Also, if the communication lines were stronger with your kids, you would not worry as much about whether you were doing a good job as a parent because you would know what is going on with your children. And that is what good parents do.

As odd as it may seem, the answer to how to fix the problem of real versus real priorities may lie in the teachings of Anthony Robbins. The heart of what Robbins teaches is first to understand and document what your real priorities are in life. But Robbins doesn’t stop there. Instead, he goes to the next level of identifying what are the enemies of your time and what is getting in the way of making your stated priorities your real priorities which get your quality time each day.

If you evaluate each hour of your day, you know what is robbing you of your time. Of course, you do have to do your job and take care of the concerns of life. But what Robbins teaches is that we often allow hobbies, social engagements that do not contribute to our core priorities and distractions to take away from the time we give to what is important including time with your kids.

A good example is phone calls. Suppose you set aside two hours to just be with your children to play with them, help them with their homework or talk to them about things that are on their minds. But that phone just keeps on ringing. Each time it rings it might be a member of your parents association, someone from the church, a solicitor or someone else who wants fifteen minutes of your evening for what is to you a non-priority conversation. But you can make a decision that the only kinds of phone call that will get any of your priority time are emergencies. By investing in a simple caller ID system, you can know who is calling you. And then you just need the discipline not to answer calls that are not emergencies during the hours you have set aside for your kids.

By using tools and the discipline you learn from Anthony Robbins, you can give your children the time they deserve from you. And when you do that and you become the parent you want to be, your life will change and so will your children’s lives for the better. That is a wonderful outcome of learning the power of focus from Anthony Robbins teachings.

Self-esteem is something we all have. Some have a higher one compared to others and if you know someone who has low self-esteem, you can help them change by handing them a self-esteem test.

One thing you can follow is the self-esteem test that is handed out by a specialist to a patient. This is made up of seven categories and it is only after that person answers it that you can find a way to build up their self-esteem.

The first category in the exam is called procrastination. The purpose of the first section is to try to figure out what are the work habits of the individual. Does this person do things on their own or do they need a little push to get the job done.

The next category will determine whether the person is a risk taker or not. If you are risk taker, this means that you have high self-esteem and are optimistic about whatever life offers to you. If you have low esteem, you just want to play it safe rather than rock the boat.

Is it wrong to play safe? No, but you have to remember that if you don’t do it, someone else will. You will probably kick yourself in the head if you found out that they succeeded in doing something which you planned to do yourself.

The third category will assess how well you cope with mistakes. Yes well all regret doing a few things in our life but have you moved on? Some people have and some people still carry it with them. Individuals with high self-esteem are able to overcome the failure in the past and get on the saddle again whenever they fall.

Apart from having regrets, the next category will check whether you generalize about many things in life. When we generalize, we don’t give people a chance and stick to the belief that it if looks like a duck, talks like a duck then it is a duck.

But remember, each person we meet is different so whatever preconceived notions you have about someone are not real unless you give them a chance.

The fifth category will check if we have anger issues. What ticks you off? We all have our limits but some individuals are easily angered compared to others. The test will also figure out what causes it and so a lesson plan can be made to try to change that.

Some people can easily get along with others while some are shy which is why they don’t have many friends or have a difficult timekeeping a relationship. The sixth category in the self-esteem test will determine how well you relate to others especially people you have never met.

Finally, the last category of the self-esteem will ask if the person is happy or not. Although self-esteem is all about accepting what you have and not thinking about what you don’t, some people can’t help but want more.

Again, there is nothing wrong with wanting more but you must never forget or take for granted what you already have.

After analyzing the self-esteem exam, you will more or less know what the person thinks of themselves and others. You can now figure out a way to change some of those misconceptions. You can talk to them or let a specialist take care of it. The important thing is that they change their ways.

I am excited to announce the unveiling of a very effective resource that people all over the world are using to attract everything they desire into their lives.

The Law of Attraction is certainly not new. People have been using it for centuries to effectively attract what they desire out of life.

Or at least that’s true of some people.

As Clinical Hypnotherapist Steve G. Jones put’s it; “When it comes to the Law of Attraction, I can’t tell you how many people have come to me and said that they have read tons of books, watched video’s, listened to recordings and done just about everything imaginable to immured themselves in learning material about the Law of Attraction and followed every step to the tee and wound up attracting nothing except perhaps some frustration.”

“And in the worst case scenarios, some people actually attracted things into their life that they didn’t want”.

Steve, who has been practicing hypnotherapy for over 25 years began meeting with people and coaching them based on the areas that they were having trouble with.

And because each area of “difficulty” varied from person to person, it was taking up quite a bit of his and he simply wasn’t able to help as many people as he wanted.

Then one day he asked himself; “So many people struggle with the Law of Attraction, yet I was able to use it almost effortlessly without reading or practicing anything. What was I doing differently?”

What he realized was that he was using the Law of Attraction organically; meaning it was a natural occurrence taking place within his subconscious.

Yes, he was doing many of the same things that other people do but there was something different. Within him, was a natural feeling of belief that he would attract the life that he wanted.

Whether you realize or not, you can feed yourself all the positive thoughts that you want but in order for them to be effective, 2 things must happen:

1.) You must believe them – In other words, don’t tell yourself that you can fly if you jump off a bridge. Your thoughts must be somewhat congruent with your perception of reality.

2.) You must be able to plant these messages on a subconscious level.

That’s what separated Steve from the people who were failing miserably. He was able to do these two very important things; very well.

After speaking with consumer health advocate and best selling author Frank Mangano, they both realized that they had these same traits in common.

After all, that’s exactly how Steve changed his life when he was younger. Without even realizing it, he was using all of the principles involved in the Law of Attraction to propel him forward to the life he always dreamed of.

Frank Mangano did exactly the same thing. He went from making $400 per week working in a place he knew was not meant to be a part of his destiny to living his dream, achieving financial independence and writing a book that became a best seller in 3 categories on Amazon.com in just one year.

And in their 200 page ebook entitled “You Can Attract It,” Steve G. Jones and Frank Mangano are going to disclose every single secret that used to dramatically improve the quality of their lives using the Law of Attraction!

With a powerful forward from Attraction Expert and Star of the movie “The Secret” John Assarif, this is the complete story on the Law of Attraction from two people who really used it.

Here’s a snapshot of what will be unveiled:

The Truth about the Law of Attraction and why some people can never master it – This is what separates this book from everything else. Here you will discover exactly what everyone has left out and why you have failed in the past.
